So, you know I cleaned out my refrigerator this past weekend. Hubby never ate the dinner I prepared on my long run day last Thursday. So, I packed up my tuna steak, my grilled asparagus and my roasted sweet potatoes and I have a fabulous high protein lunch for today. I also had some grilled broccoli in my fridge, so I took that as well.
Since I am working on the road today, this is a great lunch for me. I have everything in my tupperware containers, so I can reheat in the microwave at the office. I also packed a Larabar for dessert, the coconut cookie one.
